Great Canadian Rewards Card
The Great Canadian Rewards card is free, and you should get one before you place a single bet in Belleville. It tracks your play, pays you back in slot credit and dining money, and enters you in prize draws that cover 12 casinos across Ontario.
Quick tip: Sign up online before your visit and install the app at home. On the floor, insert the card before your first spin and hand it to the dealer when you sit at a table. Without the card your play earns nothing and doesn't count toward draws. During prize campaigns, insert your card between 4 PM and 8:59 PM on draw days, even if you only came for dinner.
Joining and Using the Card
Great Canadian Rewards login takes a few minutes and costs nothing. After that, all your card has to do is stay in the machine or sit next to your chips at a table.
How to Join
Step | What to Do |
|---|
Online | Have government-issued photo ID ready, plus a phone with a camera to take a selfie that confirms your identity |
In person | Bring your photo ID to Guest Services and staff will set up the account at the desk |
Eligibility | You must be 19 or older and not self-excluded or banned from any of the chain's casinos |
Cost | Membership is free and has no annual fee |
How Play Gets Tracked
Here is how Great Canadian Rewards Casino Belleville members record their play:
Situation | How It Works |
|---|
Slots and e-tables | Insert the card and leave it in for the whole session. Removing it ends tracking |
Live tables | Show the card to the dealer when you sit down |
Multiple machines | You can run up to three rated sessions at once |
No card, no credit | Cardless play is currently unavailable, so carry the physical card |
What Your Play Earns
The program pays out in four forms, and each one has its own rules. Learn the difference early so you don't lose value you've already earned.
The Four Balances
- GC Rewards Points: Earned on slots and electronic tables only. Every 100 points convert to $1 in Slot Play. To redeem, tap the $ icon on any machine.
- Comp Dollars: Earned on slots, e-tables and live tables. Spend them on food, hotel stays and show tickets.
- Slot Play: Machine credit you can't cash out, but any winnings from it are yours to keep. Use it within 30 days.
- Table Play: The same idea for live tables. The credit disappears after one bet, win or lose, but you keep any winnings.
Where Comp Dollars Go
- Windward Restaurant & Lounge: Pay for your meal in Belleville.
- Hotels in the chain: Cover a stay at the Toronto, Pickering or Great Blue Heron resorts.
- Concert tickets: Buy seats for select shows in the Toronto and Pickering venues through the Shop tab in the portal.
- Restrictions: You can't spend Comp Dollars on tobacco or lottery products.
Rules That Cost You Value
- Inactivity: Six months without recorded play wipes out your Reward Points and Comp Dollars.
- Comp Dollar cap: Your balance stops growing at $10,000.
- Slot Play expiry: Credit you don't use within 30 days is gone.
